ABSTRACT The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between administrative management and the labor productivity of the employees of the District Municipality of Jesus, 2018. The research is framed within a quantitative approach, of non-experimental type, transversal design and correlational scope, as an instrument to collect information the census sheet was taken, one for each variable. This instrument was validated by an expert and the reliability was calculated according to the Alpha Cronbach, applied to a pilot sample formed by 15 workers of the District Municipality of Jesus. To determine the degree of relationship between the study variables, the data obtained using the technique and instrument indicated above were entered, grouped and processed in a MS Excel computer, to speed up the results and analyze them, the statistical software was used. application (SPSS). The results found, showed a coefficient R-Pearson = 0.585, which indicates that it presents a considerable positive correlation between the variables administrative management and labor productivity. Also, the hypothesis test is presented, as a complementary effect of the thesis, although this is not necessary given that the population has been worked on in its entirety.
