Relación de la gestión administrativa con la productividad laboral de los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Jesús, 2018

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación de la gestión administrativa con la productividad laboral de los trabajadores de la de la Municipalidad Distrital de Jesús, 2018.

La investigación se enmarca dentro de un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo no experimental, diseño transversal y alcance correlacional, como instrumento para recolectar información se tuvo la hoja censal, una para cada variable. Dicho instrumento fue validado por un experto y se calculó la confiabilidad según el Alpha Cronbach, aplicado a una muestra piloto conformada por 15 trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Jesús.

Para determinar el grado de relación entre las variables de estudio, los datos obtenidos mediante la técnica e instrumento antes indicados, fueron ingresados, agrupados y procesados en un ordenador Ms Excel, para agilizar el resultado y análisis de los mismos, se utilizó el software estadístico aplicativo (SPSS).

Los resultados encontrados, demostraron un coeficiente R-Pearson = 0.585, lo que indica que presenta una correlación positiva considerable entre las variables gestión administrativa y productividad laboral. También, se presenta la prueba de hipótesis, como efecto complementario de la tesis, aunque esta no sea necesaria dado que se ha trabajado con la población en su totalidad.

ABSTRACT

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between administrative management and the labor productivity of the employees of the District Municipality of Jesus, 2018.

The research is framed within a quantitative approach, of non-experimental type, transversal design and correlational scope, as an instrument to collect information the census sheet was taken, one for each variable. This instrument was validated by an expert and the reliability was calculated according to the Alpha Cronbach, applied to a pilot sample formed by 15 workers of the District Municipality of Jesus.

To determine the degree of relationship between the study variables, the data obtained using the technique and instrument indicated above were entered, grouped and processed in a MS Excel computer, to speed up the results and analyze them, the statistical software was used. application (SPSS).

The results found, showed a coefficient R-Pearson = 0.585, which indicates that it presents a considerable positive correlation between the variables administrative management and labor productivity. Also, the hypothesis test is presented, as a complementary effect of the thesis, although this is not necessary given that the population has been worked on in its entirety.
