The main objective of the research was to develop an improvement in the processes of the occupational health and safety system to reduce the accident rate in the company ISEG PERU SAC, year 2021. In this sense, it was necessary to elaborate the diagnosis of the situation initial, design an improvement of the processes, implement records and records, evaluate the indicators before and after and determine the economic impact of the proposal. The development of the professional experience showed the design of flow charts for new processes, personnel training, registration and accident report forms, the IPERC matrix analysis, the development of an application and supervision schedule. It is concluded that the improvement reduced the accident rate, given that the average of the previous period of 101.24 was higher than the subsequent period of 17.90, this is based on a reduction in the frequency (503.9 to 77.2) and severity (198.7 to 27.3) of accidents, likewise, there is economic viability given that a NPV of S/ 3,586 soles and an IRR of 20.07% were reached. Finally, it is recommended to comply with the procedures proposed to continue improving the occupational health and safety management system.
