Planificación de materiales y productividad en la producción de mango fresco de una empresa agroindustrial, Tambogrande 2022 a 2023

Abstract

El propósito de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre la planificación de materiales y la productividad de la producción de mango fresco de una empresa agroindustrial. El estudio adoptó una perspectiva cuantitativa y se clasificó como una investigación aplicada de nivel relacional, con un diseño no experimental de tipo transversal, empleando un método de investigación deductiva. Se utilizó la encuesta como técnica para recabar datos y el cuestionario como instrumento para. Para garantizar la validez del instrumento, se sometió a la validación de 3 expertos. Además, se evaluó su confiabilidad mediante el cálculo del coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach la cual resultó ser igual a 0.7, indicando una confiabilidad aceptable. Se realizó un análisis correlacional entre las variables de estudio; donde se obtuvo que la relación entre la productividad y la dimensión planificación de requerimientos de la planificación de materiales fue directa de magnitud baja con un p = 0.001 y un Rho de Spearman = 0.371. Asimismo, se encontró que el vínculo entre la productividad y la dimensión gestión de inventarios de la planificación de materiales fue directo de magnitud baja con un p = 0.001 y un Rho de Spearman = 0.382. De la misma manera, se determinó que la asociación entre la productividad y la dimensión optimización del transporte de la planificación de materiales fue directa baja con un p = 0.002 y un Rho de Spearman = 0.341. Finalmente, la investigación concluyó en que sí existe una relación directa de magnitud baja entre las variables de planificación de materiales y productividad en la producción de mango fresco de una empresa agroindustrial, con un p = 0.002 y un Rho de Spearman = 0.341.

The purpose of the research was to determine the relationship between materials planning and the productivity of fresh mango production in an agro-industrial company. The study adopted a quantitative perspective and was classified as a relational-level applied research, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, using a deductive research method. The survey was used as a technique to collect data and the questionnaire as an instrument to. To guarantee the validity of the instrument, it was subjected to validation by 3 experts. Furthermore, its reliability was evaluated by calculating the Cronbach's Alpha coeficiente, which turned out to be equal to 0.7, indicating acceptable reliability. A correlational analysis was carried out between the study variables; where it was obtained that the relationship between productivity and the requirements planning dimension of materials planning was direct and of low magnitude with a p = 0.001 and a Spearman's Rho = 0.371. Likewise, it was found that the link between productivity and the inventory management dimension of materials planning was direct and low in magnitude with p = 0.001 and Spearman's Rho = 0.382. In the same way, it was determined that the association between productivity and the transportation optimization dimension of materials planning was direct low with a p = 0.002 and a Spearman's Rho = 0.341. Finally, the research concluded that there is a direct relationship of low magnitude between the variables of materials planning and productivity in the production of fresh mango of an agro-industrial company, with a p = 0.002 and a Spearman's Rho = 0.341.
