The company Vivero Santa Fe SAC is a Peruvian company dedicated to the production and commercialization of raspberry in the national territory, thanks to the support of the Universidad Privada del Norte and the General Manager of this company we can carry out our research in its facilities proposing us as general objective to design the process of internationalization of the company Vivero Santa Fe-Cajamarca for the export of raspberries to the Spain 2020 market. To achieve the objective of this research, we conducted in-depth interviews with professionals and people familiar with the internationalization of products resident in the city of Cajamarca, among them representatives of SENASA, DIRCETUR, GRUPO LLIQUE and the general manager of Vivero Santa Fe SAC, with the information collected and the documentary review we were able to design an appropriate process that the company could apply at the time of its internationalization. We conclude this research emphasizing that if the company Vivero Santa Fe SAC decides to internationalize it must first overcome some key barriers such as: increase the production of raspberry, build its own packing plant and obtain certifications for its production and process. In the same way we affirm that the process of internationalization should start with the identification of potential partners in the country of destination.
