Relación entre la motivación y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del centro de atención al ciudadano de la Municipalidad Provincial de Cajamarca, 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación estudia la relación entre la Motivación y el Desempeño Laboral de los colaboradores del centro de atención al ciudadano de la Municipalidad Provincial de Cajamarca, 2019. El objetivo principal es determinar la relación entre la motivación y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del centro de atención al ciudadano de la Municipalidad Provincial de Cajamarca, 2019. La investigación es No experimental, transversal – Correlacional, considerando una muestra por conveniencia; los instrumentos fueron hojas censales; datos que fueron procesados en Microsoft Excel y SPSS v20.

Los resultados evidencian que existe una relación directa, positiva – media entre la Motivación y el Desempeño Laboral de los colaboradores del Centro de Atención al Ciudadano de la Municipalidad Provincial de Cajamarca, 2019. Ya que, el coeficiente de correlación de Rho de Spearman O.695 y una significancia bilateral de 0.000 menor a 0.05 ó 5%.

Se concluyó que la Motivación influye significativamente en el Desempeño Laboral de los colaboradores del Centro de Atención al Ciudadano de la Municipalidad Provincial de Cajamarca, 2019.

The present research studies the relationship between Motivation and Labor Performance of the collaborators of the center of attention to the citizen of the Provincial Municipality of Cajamarca, 2019. The main objective is to determine the relationship between motivation and work performance of the employees of the citizen care center of the Provincial Municipality of Cajamarca, 2019. The research is non-experimental, transversal - correlational, considering a sample for convenience; the instruments were census sheets; the data were processed in Microsoft Excel and SPSS v20. The results show that there is a direct, positive-medium relationship between Motivation and Labor Performance of the center of attention to the citizen of the Provincial Municipality of Cajamarca, 2019. Since, the correlation coefficient of Rho of Spearman O.695 and a bilateral significance of 0.000 less than 0.05 ó 5%. It was concluded that Motivation significantly influences in the Labor Performance of the collaborators of the center of attention to the citizen of the Provincial Municipality of Cajamarca, 2019.
