Aplicación de la museografía para el diseño del Museo de Sitio de Chan Chan

Abstract

La presente tesis se centra en la aplicación de la museografía en el desarrollo del Museo de Sitio en Chan Chan, con el objetivo de mejorar el funcionamiento del museo para lograr conservar, investigar, comunicar, exponer o exhibir todo clase de piezas u objetos que tengan algún tipo de valor histórico ya sean objetos, esculturas, etc. Ya que, en consecuencia, los museos son actores potenciales en el desarrollo de esta actividad turística, en donde se genera el intercambio cultural siendo este en sí mismo un principio de conservación y desarrollo cultural. Por último, se explica como la propuesta cumple con la aplicación de la museografía para el desarrollo de dicho proyecto, consiguiendo así espacios más óptimos para la preservación de los objetos y condiciones más amenas para los usuarios. El proyecto se desarrolla mediante un diseño brutalista en donde el material se presenta en su forma base a además de no necesitar un mantenimiento constante, entre otros puntos se tiene en cuenta el uso de iluminación natural para este tipo de recintos es bastante conveniente debido a que ayuda a reducir el consumo de energía eléctrica, por otro lado, están el uso de aberturas tanto en las paredes como en los techos y sirven como medio de ventilación.

This thesis focuses on the application of museography in the development of the Site Museum in Chan Chan, with the aim of improving the operation of the museum in order to conserve, investigate, communicate, expose or exhibit all kinds of pieces or objects that have some kind of historical value be it objects, sculptures, etc. Since, consequently, museums are potential actors in the development of this tourist activity, where cultural exchange is generated, this being in itself a principle of conservation and cultural development. Finally, it is explained how the proposal complies with the application of museography for the development of said project, thus achieving more optimal spaces for the preservation of objects and more pleasant conditions for users. The project is developed through a brutalist design where the material is presented in its base form, in addition to not needing constant maintenance, among other points, the use of natural lighting is taken into account for this type of enclosure is quite convenient because It helps to reduce the consumption of electrical energy, on the other hand, there are the use of openings both in the walls and in the ceilings and serve as a means of ventilation.
