One of the principles of Accounting is “Enterprise in Progress“, that is, a company is created under the presumption of having an indefinite validity or at least not closing immediately, one of the necessary requirements of this entity being to maintain correct financial information. complying with accounting standards, in addition another very important factor is the treatment of inventories, as this will reduce costs and therefore increase profits, a purpose that every company wants to obtain, according to this research and the background studied shows that the main strategy is to implement an internal control that allows projecting efficient financial information for the shareholders or stockholders. The objective of the thesis is to determine how the internal control of inventories affects the financial management of the company Valvulas & Afines SAC, 2020, this has been demonstrated under statistical techniques with the statistical software SPSS 25, allowing to conclude that the control Internal control of inventories directly affects your financial management. The thesis is divided into four chapters, it begins with the problematic reality that presents models on strategies for inventories and the theoretical framework of the topics that the work addresses, in the second chapter the methodology is presented, in this case descriptive research and Correlational, the sample was of 25 collaborators of the areas of the subject under study, as a technique the survey was used, in the third part it shows the results and finally the discussion and recommendations.
