Due to technological progress and globalization, the world has evolved, people's customs and lifestyles have changed daily. This project implements bioclimatic strategies for the design of a comfortable and sustainable shopping center, with the operation of commercial and recreational spaces that encourage the development of innate social activities, for which characteristics of the sector, needs and problems were taken into account. Using systems to cool the interior environment of the mall and not be affected by the warm temperature of this town. To avoid excessive energy costs, the location has been taken into account, optimizing the use of sun and wind resources, supported by passive and active solar energy systems, which predominates in the Moche district, in order to avoid the use of equipment mechanics The project, in addition to satisfying the commercial needs of citizens, encourages the economic and social progress of the district, with a volumetry with characteristics of the Moche architecture, including spaces for the development of recreational and cultural activities, to stimulate the knowledge of the culture between Visitors and tourists. In this paper we investigate bioclimatic strategies that respond to the climatic characteristics of the place and reduce energy consumption in shopping centers, without altering internal comfort and improving the lifestyle of citizens.
