The present study aims to design and implement a system for planning and Control of operations to improve productivity in the company bottling Chavez S.A.C, industrial company conceived exclusively for production of non-alcoholic beverages, the problems encountered in the area of production is that a system of management of operations there is, generating a poor planning of its production and one inadequate your material handling caused unnecessary inventory. The topic covers the current description of the company and its production system and what is being sought is to propose a methodology for better planning of the production system. The paper considers that it is important to propose a system of management of operations, to reduce the inventory, so we have employed methods as forecast, master plan of operations, program operations master (Material Requirements Planning) MRP and MRP II (Manufacturing Resource Planning), the methods consist of producing units according to the needs of the market and planning capacities of factory labor and machines. After the methodology used a financial analysis was done to know whether it was feasible or not project and obtained the following results, obtaining profits of up to 7,000 soles, a rate internal return of 88% higher than the rate of 6.55%.
