Impacto de la ley agraria N.° 31110, Ley del Régimen Laboral Agrario y de incentivos para el sector agrario y riego, agroexportador y agroindustrial en la rentabilidad de una empresa del sector agroindustrial de la ciudad de Chincha al 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el impacto de la ley agraria N.° 31110, Ley del régimen laboral agrario y de incentivos para el sector agrario y riego, agroexportador y agroindustrial en la rentabilidad de una empresa del sector agroindustrial de la ciudad de Chincha al 2021. La investigación está compuesta por seis capítulos, las cuales se detalla a continuación: Capítulo I, introducción, compuesta por realidad problemática, pregunta de investigación, objetivos de investigación, justificación de la investigación, alcance de la investigación. Capítulo II, marco teórico, se compone por los antecedentes internacionales y nacionales, bases teóricas, marco conceptual. Capítulo III, hipótesis, se tiene la declaración de hipótesis y la operacionalización de variables. Capítulo IV, descripción de métodos y análisis, el tipo de investigación es descriptivo – correlacional, su diseño de investigación es no experimental de corte transversal u el método de investigación es hipotético deductivo. Capítulo V, resultados, se desarrolló la aplicación de resultados del estudio cualitativo y cuantitativo. Por último, en el capítulo VI, se van a plasmar la discusión, conclusiones y recomendaciones.

The objective of this research work is to determine the impact of agrarian law No. 31110, Law of the agrarian labor regime and incentives for the agrarian and irrigation, agro-export and agro - industrial sector on the profitability of a company in the agro - industrial sector of the city. from Chincha to 2021.
