Análisis del bienestar laboral en los trabajadores de una empresa del rubro retail del Distrito el Agustino 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo no experimental, se realizó en una Empresa del Rubro Retail del Distrito El Agustino, Provincia de Lima, con la finalidad de determinar si existe Bienestar Laboral en los trabajadores; la cual tuvo como objetivo general Analizar el Bienestar Laboral en los Trabajadores de una empresa del Rubro Retail del distrito El Agustino 2019. El instrumento utilizado para la recolección de datos se utilizó el Test para determinar el Bienestar Laboral, con una confiabilidad de 0,811 Alfa de Cronbach; en donde se ingresó la información en una base de datos empleando la prueba estadístico Alfa de Cronbach en Excel. La información obtenida en la aplicación del instrumento se presentó en gráfico de barras y en tabla de doble entrada y estos fueron analizados con el fin de llegar a la conclusión: Que en los Trabajadores de la Empresa del Rubro Retail del Distrito El Agustino 2019 si existe Bienestar Laboral, lo cual conlleva a ser trabajadores comprometidos, reconocidos y responsables dentro de la organización, alcanzando de este modo las metas establecidas y en conformidad con la empresa.

The present quantitative research work of a non-experimental descriptive type was carried out in a Company of the Retail Sector of the El Agustino District, Province of Lima, with the purpose of determining if there is Labor Welfare in the workers; which had as a general objective Analyze the Labor Well-being in the Workers of a company of the Retail Sector of the district El Agustino 2019. The instrument used for data collection was used the Test to determine Labor Welfare, with a reliability of 0.811 Cronbach's Alpha; where the information was entered into a database using the Cronbach Alpha statistical test in Excel. The information obtained in the application of the instrument was presented in a bar chart and in a double entry table and these were analyzed in order to reach the conclusions: That in the Workers of the Retail Business of the El Agustino District 2019 if there is Labor Welfare, which leads to being committed, recognized and responsible workers within the organization, thus achieving the established goals and in compliance with the company.
