Diseño e implementación de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional y su incidencia en el nivel de riesgos laborales en la empresa Quiroz Rojas Hnos. Contratistas Generales SRL- Cajamarca, 2019

Abstract

En la presente investigación se analizó y demostró la incidencia en el nivel de riesgo laboral a través del Diseño e Implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (SGSSO) en la Empresa Quiroz Rojas Hnos. Contratistas Generales SRL, para lo cual se usó la normativa vigente en Perú (Ley N° 29873). Se llevó un diagnóstico situacional sobre el nivel de cumplimiento de los 8 principios de las Normas de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional vigentes. Así mismo se midió el nivel de riesgo existente en las Instalaciones de la empresa tal cual se encontraba, antes de implementar la presente investigación. El grado de cumplimiento inicial de la normativa era del 14.3% así como el nivel de riesgo inicial de la empresa era de 33, configurado como Intolerable en las áreas de mantenimiento y Parqueo. Luego se realizó el diseño del SGGSO, que fue plasmado en el Manual de SGSSO, y posteriormente implementado en la empresa, al cabo de nueve meses el grado de cumplimiento aumentó a 86.75% y el nivel de riesgo disminuyó a 14, con la calificación de Moderado, observándose que el nivel de riesgo presenta una relación inversamente proporcional a la implementación del SGSSO, por último la relación beneficio de la implementación del SGSSO respecto a los costos de la ocurrencia de un accidente grave fue igual a 2.76 y que al ser mayor a uno (1) justifica la implementación del SGSSO en la empresa.

In the present investigation, the incidence on the level of occupational risk was analyzed and demonstrated through the Design and Implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSSO) in the Company Quiroz Rojas Hnos. General Contractors SRL, for which it was used current regulations in Peru (Law No. 29873). A situational diagnosis was made on the level of compliance with the 8 principles of the current Occupational Safety and Health Standards. Likewise, the level of risk existing in the company's facilities was measured as it was, before implementing this investigation. The initial degree of compliance with the regulations was 14.3% as well as the initial risk level of the company was 33, configured as Intolerable in the maintenance and parking areas. Then the SGGSO design was made, which was reflected in the SGSSO Manual, and later implemented in the company, after nine months the degree of compliance increased to 86.75% and the risk level decreased to 14, with the rating of Moderate, noting that the risk level presents an inversely proportional relationship to the implementation of the SGSSO, lastly, the benefit ratio of the implementation of the SGSSO with respect to the costs of the occurrence of a serious accident was equal to 2.76 and that, being greater than one (1) justifies the implementation of the SGSSO in the company.
