Propuesta de optimización de costo para migración de plan tarifario eléctrico en la empresa T&K Insumos E.I.R.L Lima-2016

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente trabajo propone como objetivo principal determinar la optimización del costo para migración de plan tarifario en la empresa T&K Insumos E.I.R.L, dedicada a la fabricación de productos plásticos, donde se realizó acciones que permitió elegir la mejor opción tarifaria eléctrica y generar beneficios económicos a la empresa. El estudio busca migrar a un mejor plan tarifario eléctrico, para lograr este objetivo se aplicó métodos, como determinar la optimización de costo mediante un análisis de consumo eléctrico, el cual fue necesario determinar el consumo eléctrico, se simuló un historial de consumo eléctrico de los últimos seis meses, a partir de estos datos se pudo determinar e Identificar la propuesta de optimización de costo, a través de la factibilidad técnica para cuantificar el ahorro, para migración de plan tarifario eléctrico en la Empresa. Para ello fue necesario realizar una evaluación mediante el pliego tarifario según el resultados se propuso una inversión de S/. 6 555,00 nuevos soles, en un nuevo suministro y un banco de condensadores, para la migración al plan tarifario BT2, el cual resulta ser el más adecuado, producto de ello se obtuvo beneficios como operatividad de las máquinas en un 100% así mismo ingresos netos en valor de S/. 5 460,00 nuevos soles a partir del tercer mes.

ABSTRACT The main objective of this paper is to determine the optimization of the cost of tariff plan migration in T & K INSUMOS EIRL, a company dedicated to the manufacture of plastic products, where actions were taken to choose the best electric tariff option and generate economic benefits to the company business. The study seeks to migrate to a better electric tariff plan, to achieve this objective was applied methods, such as determining cost optimization through an analysis of electricity consumption, which was necessary to determine the electric consumption, simulated a history of electricity consumption of In the last six months, from this data, it was possible to determine and identify the cost optimization proposal, through the technical feasibility to quantify the savings, for the migration of the electric tariff plan in the Company.
