Abstract: RESUMEN
El presente estudio trata sobre una propuesta de mejora en el proceso de atención de pedidos para reducir el número de devoluciones en el Centro de servicio de almacenamiento e inventarios que se aplicará en la empresa INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS S.A.C
El objetivo planteado es reducir el número de devoluciones que causan insatisfacción del cliente. La atención de un pedido debe ser eficiente e inmediato de esta manera se contribuye a reducir gastos ocasionados por reenvíos y/o anulaciones de pedido.
Para lograr disminuir las devoluciones tanto de los clientes externos como la de los internos se realizó un análisis del último año con el fin de determinar cuáles son las posibles causas que generan con frecuencia devolución y que ocasionan no solo sobre costos sino la insatisfacción de los diferentes tipos de clientes.
Para el manejo de la información, y encontrar las principales causas se utilizó las siguientes metodologías El método de la espina de pescado de Ishikawa y después de tener identificada todas las causas que generan devoluciones se utilizara el método de Pareto con el fin de en focalizar las causas más relevantes y sus responsables. El método de La ´lluvia de ideas´ también útil para el logro de las metas .Una vez se hayan identificado las causas del problema
Luego se procederá a plantear los planes de acción que permitirá solucionar algunas falencias que una vez controladas serán medidas con indicadores que permitirán tomar decisiones y estrategias para la reducción en las devoluciones y el alcance de las metas, dando como resultado disminución de las quejas y reclamos al igual que los sobre costos en los fletes, permitiendo así recuperar la confianza y satisfacción de los clientes.
