The present investigation was carried out in Trujillo, in the GEOCONS SRL soil, concrete, asphalt and chemical tests laboratory where the influence of sulfonated oil and portland type I cement in the stabilization of the Huaylillas - Buldibuyo road in the province of Pataz was determined. To develop the study, an experimental design was used, in its category of pure experimental, using a non-probabilistic sampling by judgment, the data collection was carried out with the direct observation technique and the instruments used were the data collection guides. The CBR and Unconfined Compression tests were performed on the samples by incorporating percentages of cement in 0.5%, 2%, 3.5% and 5% plus 0.30 lts / m³ to each percentage of sulfonated oil (liquid additive) to improve the properties of the soil, with respect to the results, it was possible to increase the CBR from 5.8% to 103.8% in the subgrade and from 19.61% to 128.7% in the surface layer of the road and an unconfined compressive strength of 14.17 kg / cm² to 30.38 kg / cm². Finally, it is concluded by determining the benefits of using a solid additive (type I portland cement) plus a liquid additive (sulfonated oil) for the stabilization of the road, considerably improving its mechanical properties and determining the appropriate percentage of cement that reacts properly. with the sulfonated oil.
