The development of the research is due to the need to be able to improve and increase the productivity of Procter & Gamble's Diapers Production Plant. In this sense, the goal was to implement the progressive maintenance methodology to improve productivity in the plant For the production of diapers Procter & Gamble, 2013-2015. To this end, we used the progressive maintenance methodology, which is a philosophy that focuses on progressive work, focuses on maximizing the useful life of equipment and its components in a way Efficient and cost effective. Provide tools to develop step-by-step maintenance systems. The results show that reliability and feasibility have increased because some of the problems occurred in the machinery and equipment have been solved, the decomposition frequencies have been reduced and the costs due to decomposition have been reduced by 152,272.72 soles on average. In terms of efficiency, the planned maintenance impact was worked from 45% to 29% and the average vertical start-up from 7.1 to 4.0 was reduced. Finally, maintenance costs were reduced by 50%. It is concluded that the implementation of the progressive maintenance methodology did manage to maximize the useful life of the equipment by implementing a maintenance system that reduced the frequency of decompositions, implemented the vertical start by reducing the stops by 50%; The level of inventories was also reduced and staff capacity was strengthened in each day-to-day management system, being monitored and audited, achieving efficient results throughout the process.
