The general objective of this research was to analyze the value chain of the textile producers of the San Pablo de Chalaques Association that allow the export of Baby Alpaca wool bags to the city of Madrid, 2020. Developed under the descriptive methodology, it presents a sample of 35 associates dedicated to textile artisan production, during the data collection process the document review guide based on the CANVAS business model was used. The results obtained were that it is necessary to have trained personnel, innovation in technology. The association has the opportunity to increase the value of its textile production, by having quality raw materials, the implementation of a range of products related to alpaca wool such as gloves, sweaters, which will allow them to enter new competitive markets, due to new consumer trends that value the work of the communities.
