Implementación de un sistema web para la gestión de citas médicas en el Centro de Salud Nicrupampa del distrito de Independencia – Huaraz, 2019

Abstract

La presente tesis se realiza analizando el déficit que presenta el Centro de Salud Nicrupampa en la gestión de citas médicas ubicada en la ciudad de Huaraz, una de ellas es la atención a los pacientes, donde ocasionan acercarse desde muy temprano, además realizan las largas colas formando aglomeraciones alrededor del Centro de Salud. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo Implementar un Sistema Web para la Gestión de Citas Médicas en el Centro de Salud Nicrupampa – Huaraz, 2019, para mejorar la atención de los pacientes en la gestión de una cita médica, lo cual permite realizar reservas desde cualquier lugar y a cualquier momento. La investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo Experimental con diseño Pre-Experimental. La población está conformada por 300 pacientes, teniendo como muestra un total de 169. Para elaborar el resultado del cuestionario se utilizó el Software estadístico SPSS, obteniendo resultados positivos, para ello se llegó a justificar todas las necesidades que requiere el Centro de Salud Nicrupampa. Finalmente, con todo lo mencionado en el presente trabajo de investigación se concluye que la implementación del Sistema Web en la Gestión de Citas Médicas facilitará a los pacientes tener una mejor atención, lo cual permite tener calidad y eficiencia.

The research has a quantitative approach, of an experimental type with a pre-experimental design. The populations is made up of 300 patients, with a total sample of 169. To prepare the result of the questionnaire, the SPSS statistical software was used, obtaining positive results, for which it was posible to justify all the needs that the Nicrupampa health center requires. Finally, with everything mentioned in this research work, it is concluded that the implementation of the web system in the management of medical appointments Will facilitate patients to have better care, which allows for quality and efficiency.
