In the present research thesis, the influence of the different water, cement, waterproofing types and cement type relationships, when used in a concrete for hydraulic structures, on their compression and permeability properties was evaluated. The water - cement ratios of 0.50, 0.55 and 0.65 were used; Portland cement type MS and ICo of the company Pacasmayo and the waterproofing additives Chema 1, Sika 1 and Zeta 1 each in its liquid presentation; Having a total of 24 mix designs for the studio. The aggregates of the quarry “Quebrada el León“ in El Milagro Village Center, district of Huanchaco. The aggregates were characterized under the Peruvian Technical Standards, for each property such as moisture content (NTP 399.185), specific weight and absorption (NTP 400.022 and 400.021), unit weight (NTP 400.017) and granulometry (NTP 400.012). The percentages of the appropriate uses in each of them. The percentages for the additives Chema 1 liquid, Sika 1 liquid and Zeta 1 liquid were 4%, 4,5% and 2% respectively, with respect to the weight of the cement. The sand became a coarse sand. Cylindrical test pieces of 10 cm (4 “) diameter and 20 cm (8“) high were prepared. For the test of the compressive strength, the ASTM C39 standard was used, the test pieces were evaluated at 3 days, 7 days and 28 days of curing. For the permeability test, the ASTM C-1585 standard was used (water absorption rate for the hydraulic cement principles), evaluated after 28 days of curing. The results of resistance to compression, when making use of Portland Cement Type MS, the best resistances obtained were 387 kg / cm2, 332 kg / cm2 and 291 kg / cm2 for each water - cement ratio of 0.50, 0.55 and 0.65 respectively , obtained by adding Sika 1 liquid, Zeta 1 liquid and Sika 1 liquid reciprocally; Likewise, when using the Type ICo Portland Cement, the best resistances were 321 kg / cm2, 288 kg / cm2 and 220 kg / cm2 for each water - cement ratio, these obtained from the use of Zeta 1 liquid waterproofing additives. , Zeta 1 liquid and Sika 1 liquid respectively. Likewise, for permeability, concrete with the 3 types of water / cement ratio, with cement type ICo, with the addition of additives reduce the absorption of concrete between 25% to 70%, and with MS type cement it reduces the absorption of the concrete. Concrete between 10% to 65% with respect to the concrete pattern. Similarly, the design that reduces its absorption with cement type ICo is the water / cement ratio 0.55, additive Chema 1 with 67.43% and cement type MS is the water / cement ratio 0.55, additive Chema 1 with 62.86%.
