Influencia del sistema de costos sobre la productividad en la empresa de confecciones de prendas de vestir Chirinos Peña Angélica, Lima – Perú 2017

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la influencia que existe en la relación del sistema de costos con la productividad de la empresa dedicada a la confección de prendas de vestir CHIRINOS PEÑA ANGELICA, para lo cual se inició identificando los principales problemas que presentaba la empresa en sus procesos productivos existentes, determinando así la existencia de factores que favorecían la improductividad de los procesos de fabricación, evaluando la capacidad de producción de la planta y si existía alteración en la calidad de los productos. Para ello fue necesario realizar un estudio bibliográfico y de campo sobre el tema a tratar, investigando a través de los operarios involucrados en los procesos de fabricación, metodología, capacidad de la planta y el control de materiales. Todo ello sustentado con información obtenida a través de los trabajos de campo, de donde se recolectó información importante para determinar si existe o no influencia del sistema de costos empírico actual sobre la productividad de la empresa de confecciones CHIRINOS PEÑA ANGELICA. La población objetiva de la presente investigación está compuesta por 12 trabajadores de la empresa, de los cuales 4 operarios corresponden al área de producción, y en consecuencia este último vendría a ser la muestra para la investigación. El tipo de investigación fue No experimental, Transversal, Descriptiva, Correlacional-Causal y el método de investigación aplicado fue cualitativa o no tradicional. El instrumento de recolección de datos utilizado para el proyecto fue el cuestionario y la entrevista.

The objective of this research is to determine the influence that exists in the relationship of the cost system with the productivity of the company dedicated to the garment manufacturing CHIRINOS PEÑA ANGELICA, for which it began by identifying the main problems that the company presented in its existing production processes, thus determining the existence of factors that favored the unproductivity of manufacturing processes, evaluating the production capacity of the plant and whether there was an alteration in the quality of the products. For this, it was necessary to carry out a bibliographical and field study on the subject to be addressed, investigating through the operators involved in the manufacturing processes, methodology, plant capacity and material control. All supported by information obtained through fieldwork, from which important information was collected to determine whether or not there is an influence of the current empirical cost system on the productivity of the clothing company CHIRINOS PEÑA ANGELICA. The objective population of the present investigation is composed of 12 workers of the company, of which 4 workers correspond to the production area, and consequently the latter would be the sample for the investigation. The type of research was Non-experimental, Transversal, Descriptive, Correlational-Causal and the applied research method was qualitative or non-traditional. The data collection instrument used for the project was the questionnaire and the interview.
