Nivel de efectividad bajo el modelo Deming en un proceso de mantenimiento de una empresa minera en la región Cajamarca, 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo conocer la variación del nivel de efectividad bajo el modelo Deming en un proceso de mantenimiento de una empresa minera en la Región Cajamarca, 2020. La unidad de estudio estuvo conformada por el proceso de mantenimiento de mandos finales de la flota de tractores de marca Caterpillar modelo D11R de una empresa minera, la técnica que se utilizó para la recolección de datos fue la observación directa y análisis documental, la cual contó con el instrumento registro para la variable individual efectividad. El estudio se apoyó en el enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, transversal, descriptivo. Obteniendo como resultado que la efectividad sufre incrementos en cada una de las tres vueltas del ciclo Deming en 3.6%, 5.7% y 34.6% respectivamente. Se concluyó que la variación del nivel de efectividad bajo el modelo Deming en un proceso de mantenimiento de una empresa minera en la Región Cajamarca, 2020 incrementa en cada vuelta de este modelo, iniciando con un 39% hasta alcanzar un 83% en la tercera vuelta evidenciando un incremento del 44%.

This research aims to understand the behavior of the variation of effectiveness under the Deming model in a process of maintenance in a mining company in the Cajamarca Region, 2020. The unit of study consisted of the maintenance process of final controls of a mining company's D11R tractor fleet, the technique used for data collection was direct observation and documentary analysis, which used the recording instrument for the individual effectiveness variable. The study relied on the quantitative, non-experiment, transversal, descriptive approach to the quantitative, non-experimental design, non-technical approach. Obtaining as a result that effectiveness suffers increases in each of the three rounds of the Deming cycle by 3.6%, 5.7% and 34.6% respectively. It was concluded that the behavior of the variation of effectiveness under the Deming model in a process of maintenance of a mining company in the Cajamarca Region, 2020 increases in each lap of this model starting with 39% to reach 83% in the third round showing an increase of 44%.
