Gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y prevención de riesgos en una empresa de servicios, Lima Metropolitana 2021

Abstract

La investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre la gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y la prevención de riesgos en una empresa de servicios, Lima Metropolitana 2021. El tipo de investigación es básica, de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental y de tipo transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 90 trabajadores entre asistentes administrativos, supervisores y operativos (personal de campo). La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario, este fue validado por el software IBM SPSS; asimismo, se sometió a la prueba de V de Aiken, dando como resultado, aplicable. Para la confiabilidad se utilizó el coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach y se obtuvo como resultado 0,876, indicador de alta confiabilidad estadística. Por último, se realizó la prueba estadística de Spearman, lo cual determinó que existe una relación positiva significativa entre la gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo con la prevención de riesgos en una empresa de servicios, Lima Metropolitana 2021, con un coeficiente de correlación de 0,665 y un nivel de significancia de 0.000, demostrando que una adecuada gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo genera estrategias de prevención para reducir accidentes laborales.

The objective of the research is to determine the relationship between occupational health and safety management and risk prevention in a service company, Metropolitan Lima 2021. The type of research was basic, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design and cross type. The population was made up of 90 workers including administrative assistants, supervisors and operatives (field personnel). The technique used was the survey and the questionnaire as an instrument, this was validated by the IBM SPSS software; likewise, it was subjected to the Aiken V test, resulting in applicable. Also for reliability, Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was used and a result of 0.876 was obtained, an indicator of high statistical reliability. Finally, the Spearman statistical test was carried out, which determined that there is a significant positive relationship between occupational health and safety management and risk prevention in a service company, Lima Metropolitana 2021, with a correlation coefficient of 0.665 and a level of significance of 0.000, demonstrating that an adequate management of safety and health at work generates prevention strategies to reduce occupational accidents.
