Incidencia de la revaluación de la propiedad, planta y equipo en el estado de situación financiera de la empresa Carranza Ingenieros Minería y Construcción S.A. Cajamarca – año 2017

Abstract

RESUMN El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal demostrar que la aplicación de la revaluación de la propiedad, planta y equipo en el Estado de Situación Financiera de la empresa Carranza Ingenieros Minería y Construcción S.A. en el año 2017, se le asigna un valor adicional a la propiedad, planta y equipo obtenidos del informe pericial elaborado por un profesional competente. Según la metodología del presente estudio, el tipo de investigación es experimental, con un diseño pre experimental, la población son los Estados Financieros de la empresa en análisis, la muestra es el Estado de Situación Financiera del año 2017 de la misma. Durante la realización de la tesis se utilizan técnicas de investigación como las fichas de observación y matrices de análisis con el fin de conocer y analizar la situación actual de la propiedad, planta y equipo, el nivel de adaptabilidad de la NIC 16, el tratamiento contable del reconocimiento y depreciación de todo lo que respecta a la propiedad, planta y equipo adquirida por la empresa. Llegando a la conclusión que la aplicación de la revaluación de la propiedad, planta y equipo incide positivamente en el Estado de Situación Financiera de la empresa Carranza Ingenieros Minería y Construcción S.A. en el año 2017, ya que después de la revaluación se incrementa favorablemente la cuenta del activo así como el patrimonio. ABSTRACT The main objective of this research work is to demonstrate that the application of the revaluation of property, plant and equipment in the Statement of Financial Position of the company Carranza Ingenieros Mining and Construction S.A. in 2017, an additional value is assigned to the property, plant and equipment obtained from the expert report prepared by a competent professional. According to the methodology of the present study, the type of research is experimental, with a pre-experimental design, the population is the Financial Statements of the company under analysis, the sample is the Financial Statements of the year 2017 of the same. During the realization of the thesis research techniques such as observation cards and analysis matrices are used in order to know and analyze the current situation of property, plant and equipment, the level of adaptability of IAS 16, the accounting treatment of the recognition and depreciation of everything related to the property, plant and equipment acquired by the company. Reaching the conclusion that the application of the revaluation of property, plant and equipment positively affects the State of Financial Situation of the company Carranza Ingenieros Mining and Construction S.A. in the year 2017, since after the revaluation the asset account as well as the equity increase favorably.
