ABSTRACT This project proposes the implementation of a system of Food safety management, integrated with occupational health and safety and environmental management, in poultry company Yema de Oro S.R.L. Factors affecting each area of the integrated system and the impact they cause were identified, among factors have detected the absence of checks to ensure the safety of products, the lack of documentation, the high mortality of birds, the lack of organization at different stores of poultry, the risk of occurrence of accidents, lack of identification of significant environmental aspects. This paper will give necessary information on the requirements of ISO 22000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards for the development of safe, environmental protection and prevention of occupational risks respectively; preventive measures, critical control points, corrective actions, identification of environmental aspects and existing hazards were found in the areas of Yema de Oro S.R.L. This will help the company to conduct its activities in a safe work environment, free from pollution, with documentation and controls necessary to produce safe products. Finally, we have performed an economic study, which was designed for the following twelve months and demonstrates overall feasibility, obtaining a NPV of S/. 177,912.87 and a return of 33% which will benefit the company in the short term.
