Diseño de un sistema de seguridad y salud ocupacional basado en la Ley 29783 y su influencia en los accidentes laborales en la empresa Proalsaj SRL

Abstract

RESUMEN La Ley de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional tiene como objetivo promover una cultura de prevención de riesgos laborales en el país, este objetivo lo hemos analizado en la aplicación de la Ley 29783 y su influencia en los accidentes laborales en la empresa PROALSAJ SRL. Se analizó la metodología a aplicar mediante los lineamientos del Art. N° 32 y 33 de La Ley 29783 aprobado por D.S 005-2012, existiendo una serie de documentos y registros obligatorios que fueron empleados para el diseño del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional. Inicialmente se realizó un análisis del comportamiento de los accidentes de Enero a Julio 2018, así mismo el diagnóstico de la situación actual en SST para determinar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos basados en la Ley, en base a nuestro análisis situacional se realizó el diseño del sistema y se proyectó la influencia de éste en los accidentes , finalmente se realizó un análisis de beneficio- costo.Se obtuvo una proyección de mejora de 6% de implementación al inicio con un 97 % de implementación al final y una disminución de accidentes. En el análisis costo- beneficio se obtuvo como resultado 1.64 indicándonos que el proyecto es viable ya que genera mayor beneficio para la empresa, la inversión que implica la implementación del diseño de Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.

ABSTRACT The Occupational Health and Safety Law aims to promote a culture of prevention of occupational risks in the country, this objective has been analyzed in the application of Law 29783 and its influence on work accidents in the company PROALSAJ SRL. The methodology to be applied was analyzed through the guidelines of Art. N ° 32 and 33 of Law 29783 approved by DS 005-2012, existing a series of mandatory documents and records that were used for the design of the health and safety management system occupational. Initially, an analysis of the behavior of the accidents from January to July 2018 was conducted, as well as the diagnosis of the current situation in SST to determine compliance with the guidelines based on the Law, based on our situational analysis, the design of the system was made and the influence of this on the accidents was projected, finally a cost-benefit analysis was carried out. An improvement projection of 6% of implementation was obtained at the beginning with a 97% of implementation at the end and a decrease of accidents. In the cost-benefit analysis, 1.64 was obtained as a result indicating that the project is viable since it generates greater benefit for the company, the investment that implies the implementation of the Health and Safety at Work Management System design.
