The present investigation assumes to determine the importance of the financial management in the acquisition of units of transport of heavy load for the company Mutiservicios Papillon SAC, with which one can determine if the project generates value to the company and opt for the execution of the project. In this way a financial and economic analysis of the company is carried out, taking into account financial indicators to evaluate if the organization complies with a financial structure not risky to take into account the new financing that will bring the project, verify the level of liquidity and profitability indicators that envisage the company as a solvent organization that is projected to generate future cash flows. Once the project is taken into account due to the financial and economic level of the company, the best financing option is chosen, choosing the financial institution that applies the lowest Annual Effective Rate (TEA) since it is the which will generate lower interest payable and lower debt; before proceeding to make the operational budgets of the income that would generate the project, against the costs and expenses inherent thereto. Once the cash flow has been diagrammed, we proceed to compare the cost of the debt with the project performance, through the TIR and to visualize with it an increase of value for the company, through the VAN, that in this case has a considerable amount that makes the project feasible for its execution; once pessimistic and optimistic alternative financial scenarios are created to measure the risk, a low index of the coefficient of variation determines that the project does not have a high level of risk and proceed to confirm the decision to acquire the units .
