Implementación de mantenimiento preventivo para mejorar la disponibilidad de las unidades vehiculares de carga de la empresa H&S Logistic Cargo e Inversiones EIRL, San Juan de Lurigancho - 2022

Abstract

El propósito principal de esta investigación consiste en la implementación del Mantenimiento Preventivo (en adelante MP) con el deseo de incrementar la Disposición de las unidades vehiculares cargas pertenecientes a la compañía H & S Logistic Cargo – inversiones (en adelante H&SLCI), situada en SJL en el año 2022. Para ello, el estudio se realizó bajo una estructura preexperimental de naturaleza cuantitativa y aplicada utilizando un método deductivo, y para la gestión de datos utilizó la observación directa y la lista de comprobación. La muestra seleccionada para la investigación consistió en 58 órdenes de servicio de vehículos del periodo diciembre 2022 a enero 2023 de la compañía H&SLCI. Para evaluar las hipótesis planteadas, se utilizó el software estadístico SPSS, con lo que se verificó la normalidad de los datos mediante la prueba de normalidad, y para la comprobación de las hipótesis la prueba de Wilcoxon. Los resultados alcanzados por la investigación indicaron que la implementación de un sistema de MP incrementará la disposición de las unidades vehiculares cargas pertenecientes a la compañía H&SLCI en SJL en el año 2022.

The main purpose of this investigation consists in the implementation of Preventive Maintenance (hereinafter) with the desire to increase the Disposal of cargo vehicle units belonging to the company H & S Logistic Cargo – investments (hereinafter H&SLCI), located in SJL in the year 2022. For this, the study was carried out under a pre-experimental structure of a quantitative nature and applied using a deductive method, and for data management it used direct observation and the checklist. The population selected for the investigation consisted of 58 service orders from the company H&SLCI. To evaluate the hypotheses, the statistical software SPSS was used, with which the normality of the data was verified by means of the normality test, and for the verification of the hypotheses the test of Wilcoxon. The results achieved by the investigation indicated that the implementation of a PM system will increase the availability of cargo vehicle units belonging to the company H&SLCI in SJL in the year 2022.
