Dante's Boutique is a textile brand with quality in the development of their garments, always at the forefront and comfort of its customers, characterized by the use of pyma cotton and featuring as the subject company. The overall objective of this project is to recognize the marketing strategies for the internationalization of the boutique brand in the Virginia market in the United States in 2017 and thus obtain a competitive brand internationally, also developing a long vision Term and continue to grow globally in the American market. The information for this model for a comprehensive study of the market, guided by an online survey of the sector and composed by an age range established among women 16-38 years of age and class A and B are mainly obtained, in Woodbrige - Virginia - United States. That information was also obtained by interviews with widely knowledgeable of the industry, its problems and potential people. It was decided as a target market for Virginia, for knowledge of the area and the main requirements to be established as a company, so by a previous study of demand in this sector, for which a good quality product will be offered and priced to the consumer. Similarly in Peru it highlights the competitive advantages compared with the rest of the world, for having the pyma cotton and work hand much cheaper, so it generates a positive outlook for investment in the Virginia market. This project is an opportunity to increase the entry of textile brands to the US market with a wide range of quality products and Peruvian creativity, thus differentiating from other competitors.
