Gestión logística en la empresa Conductores Eléctricos S. A. - CELSA, Ate, Lima, 2023

Abstract

El estudio abordó el problema de la gestión logística de la empresa Conductores Eléctricos Lima S.A. CELSA, Ate, Lima-2023, el cual evidencia falencias en la logística empresarial, por falta de una adecuada gestión de procesos en atención al cliente. El objetivo fue describir la gestión logística en la empresa mencionada. La metodología fue cuantitativa, de tipo básico, de alcance descriptivo, el diseño fue no experimental, transversal y descriptivo simple. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y el instrumento un cuestionario estructurado en ítems según las dimensiones de la variable gestión logística. Los participantes mayoritariamente fueron varones (73,7%) y mujeres en 26,3%. La mayor parte de los ha estudiado una educación universitaria (39,5%). Los resultados de gestión logística están en nivel buena (68,4%) y nivel regular con 28,9%. En la gestión de compras, alcanzó el nivel bueno con 55,3% y regular con 42,1%; en gestión de almacén se alcanzó nivel buena con 50%, seguido de nivel regular (47,4%); en gestión de distribución se alcanzó nivel buena (63,3%), luego regular con 31,6%. Se concluye que la gestión logística se encuentra desarrollada en 50%, no obstante un gran porcentaje requiere desarrollarse (casi 45%) y un mínimo porcentaje la percibe en nivel bajo.

The study addressed the problem of logistics management of the company Conductores Eléctricos Lima S.A. CELSA, Ate, Lima-2023, which shows weaknesses in business logistics, due to the lack of adequate management processes in customer service. The objective was to describe the logistics management in the aforementioned company. The methodology was quantitative, basic, descriptive in scope, the design was non-experimental, cross-sectional and simple descriptive. The technique used was the survey and the instrument was a questionnaire structured in items according to the dimensions of the logistics management variable. The participants were mostly men (73.7%) and 26.3% were women. Most of them had a university education (39.5%). The results of logistics management are in good level (68.4%) and regular level with 28.9%. In purchasing management, it reached good level with 55.3% and regular with 42.1%; in warehouse management it reached good level with 50%, followed by regular level (47.4%); in distribution management it reached good level (63.3%), then regular with 31.6%. It is concluded that 50% of logistics management is developed, although a large percentage needs to be developed (almost 45%) and a small percentage perceives it to be at a low level.
