In the present research work, its purpose is to carry out a process improvement design in the line of wooden doors to increase productivity through the management of industrial engineering tools in the company Camusa Cajamarca - 2021. How to use the following control tools, percentages of productive and unproductive activities, application of the 5s and 9s methodologies, time measurement, work methods, redistribution in the company's Layout. In the analysis of the elaboration of wooden doors, since it is a production by order, the company has a production depending on the order to be elaborated of 113 doors per month, with a maximum of 1 to 5 wooden doors. It began with an initial analysis of the line of wooden doors and their productivity. Followed, design improvements in the processes in the line of wooden doors. For, measure productivity after process improvement. In which the implementation of machinery, time taking, standardization, equipment, EPP's, redistribution in the Layout, application of work methods such as instructions, material control, control sheets, 5s and 9s methodology were executed. Finally, perform an economic evaluation to assess the viability. Finally, in the process improvement design, an increase in productivity was achieved, in quality 19%, in Physical Efficiencies an increase of 14%, productivity in H.O. with 0.105h.h., M.P. in 15%, and Total Productivity S/.1.60 total for each sun invested.
