Parque Eterno is a funeral services company with more than 20 years in the market. Its contract management process has been evolving slowly due to cultural and generational factors regarding the type of client. This process was initially totally manual and in twenty years has only evolved to a manual percentage through the use of some formats and to an automated one through the use of a desktop system. With the arrival of COVID-19, the high demand and the excessive increase in the use of services caused this contract management process to collapse. The purpose of this work was to improve the contract management of Parque Eterno. For this purpose, the development and implementation of a new system with a new technology was proposed. The objective was to determine the impact of the implementation of this new system in the contract management of the mentioned company and to demonstrate that the new system would increase the level of efficiency of this process. The method used in this research was hypothetico-deductive, with a pre-experimental design of pre-test and post-test with a single group. A questionnaire was used to collect data and measure the acceptance value according to the indicators proposed. To the results obtained in the pre-test and post-test, the percentage variation formula was applied to determine the relationship between the values before and after implementation. Based on the results obtained, it can be affirmed that the objectives were met. The following was achieved: develop and implement a web system based on cloud computing architecture, using AWS (Amazon Web Services) as the main Cloud service provider; determine the level of acceptance of the new system based on speed, with a positive result of 97.5 %; determine the level of acceptance of the new system based on functionality, with a positive result of 91 %; determine the level of acceptance of the new system based on integrity, with a positive result of 100 %; determine the level of acceptance of the new system based on interoperability, with a positive result of 100 %. Calculating the average value over the acceptance value, of the pre-test and post-test, an average value of 64 was obtained, which in percentage terms is equal to 32 % in the pre-test and an average value of 198.25, which in percentage terms is equal to 99.13 % in the post-test, resulting in a percentage variation of 209.76 %, a result that allows concluding that the implementation of a web system based on cloud computing architecture significantly improves the contract management process of the company Parque Eterno.
