The research carried out aims to reduce the penalties for delivery delays of the company Multiservicios Sánchez S.R.L. with a proposal for improvement. developing to improve purchasing management because this is the cause of these penalties, the type of research developed is pre-experimental, for the data collection a survey of the business situation was used where the questions are based on the causes visualized by a diagram of Ishikawa, where these causes were prioritized with a Pareto diagram, the causes found and prioritized are inadequate planning of requirements, lack of purchasing spare parts, lack of purchasing procedures and policies, duplication of purchases, lack of training in logistics issues , personnel without technical experience, lack of supervision and duplication of activities. The results obtained are a penalty for delivery delay of S /. 18,784.14 soles equivalent to 3.7% of the sale in a range of six months and with the proposal to improve an MRP, Training Plan and a Flow Chart, the penalty was reduced to S / .0.00 equivalent soles at 0.0% of the sale, generating a profit of S /. 18,784.14 soles, according to the economic evaluation of the proposal showed the following economic indicators of a NPV of S / S /. 7,303.22 soles, an IRR of 62.77% and a Cost Benefit of 1,263, concluding that the improvement proposals meet the objective of reducing the penalty for service delivery delay.
