Abstract: La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar la relación de la práctica del Sexting con los niveles de la autoestima, siendo un diseño trasversal de tipo descriptivo correlacional, por ello se evaluó a 91 alumnos, 49 mujeres y 42 hombres, entre los 18 y 40 años, en una Universidad privada de Lima Norte, a los cuales se le administro, el Cuestionario de Sexo y Tecnología (Sex and Tech) y la escala de autoestima de Stanley Coopersmith.
Nuestros resultados según el análisis de correlación Spearman muestran que entre nuestras variables sexting y autoestima, si existe relación significativa (-458) que, a menor practica del sexting, mayor autoestima. Así mismo entre el variable sexting y las dimensiones de autoestima (si mismo, social y hogar), en el cual se observan diferencias significativas en los puntajes obtenidos.
