In turn, 29% reported that they were explained at all times what labor consisted of. 40% of patients mention that their privacy was respected at all times and 44.0% announced that the professional who attended their delivery was friendly and patient at all times. In relation to the free choice of the position of delivery, 92% never had the possibility to change the position during delivery. 52.5% of women were almost always told that they could roam freely during labor and 44.5% perceived that they were almost always allowed to change their posture for their comfort. Regarding the pain management variable, 55.5% of the patients mention that the professional who attended their delivery almost always explained the available alternatives for pain management. Conclusions: The humanized delivery for the study group was carried out on a regular basis 30.5%, 69.5% perceived that the humanized delivery was carried out properly and finally there is no record of perception of the humanized delivery in an inadequate way. However, the free choice of position during labor was never perceived by the patients, since they were not allowed to choose how they want to end their labor.
