Implementación de las metodologías Lean Construction para optimizar costos en proyectos de siembra y cosecha de agua en el distrito de Gorgor, provincia de Cajatambo, Lima 2021

Abstract

Lean Construction se inició en los años 1990 ajustando la hipótesis de creación de plantas enormes al negocio de la construcción. Sin embrago, su dispersión y aplicación en el Perú está orientado a las grandes constructoras y organizaciones que desde varios años vienen aplicando las herramientas que ofrece Lean Construction dejando ganancias significativas. Nuestra investigación se centra en el uso y aplicación de las herramientas en tres proyectos de siembra y cosecha de agua ejecutados por el fondo Sierra Azul, en el distrito de Gorgor, provincia de Cajatambo, Lima. Como resultado se obtuvo que una vez aplicada la metodología Lean Construction, se optimizaron algunas partidas, como, por ejemplo, en las obras de concreto al detectarse la baja productividad se procederá a aplicar la carta balance para diagnosticar los problemas de eficiencia que está originando esta pérdida. Se concluyó que mediante el uso de las herramientas Lean Construction se lograron optimizar los costos al aplicar las metodologías correctas y manteniendo al personal involucrado en un compromiso constante.

It was concluded that through the use of Lean Construction tools it was possible to optimize costs by applying the correct methodologies and keeping the personnel involved in a constant commitment.
