El delito de feminicidio y su relación con la violencia familiar, Lima Norte, 2021

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación se determinará el tratamiento por el Estado de la Violencia Familiar y su relación con el delito de Feminicidio en Lima Norte 2021. El propósito del estudio fue básico con enfoque cualitativo y el diseño fenomenológico; asimismo, se utilizaron instrumentos como la guía de entrevista y guía de encuestas virtuales. Los primordiales resultados fueron que la violencia familiar se relaciona de manera determinante en el delito de feminicidio, así como el incremento en el porcentaje de casos de feminicidio en la Corte Superior de Lima Norte. Las limitaciones fueron divididas en dos, la primera que es relacionada a la población encuestada, la cual se vincula con la información brindada y el temor de las mujeres para emitir comentario alguno. Y la segunda fue respecto a la población entrevistada vinculada al tiempo y disponibilidad de los profesionales. Asimismo, las implicancias constan de prácticas, teóricas y metodológicas. Finalmente, se concluyó que la violencia familiar incide en el delito de feminicidio, así como que existe un porcentaje considerable que demuestra cómo acarrea la violencia familiar frente al mencionado delito mediante entrevistas y encuestas realizadas.

In this research work, the treatment by the State of Family Violence and its relationship with the crime of Femicide in Lima Norte 2021 will be determined. The purpose of the study was basic with a qualitative approach and phenomenological design; instruments such as the interview guide and virtual survey guide were used. The main results were that domestic violence is a determining factor in the crime of femicide, as well as the high percentage of femicide cases in the Superior Court of North Lima. The limitations were divided into two, the first related to the population surveyed, which is linked to the information provided and the women's fear of making any comments. The second was related to the population interviewed, which was linked to the time and availability of the professionals. Likewise, the implications are practical, theoretical and methodological. Finally, it was concluded that family violence has an impact on the crime of femicide, as well as that there is a considerable percentage that demonstrates how family violence leads to the aforementioned crime through interviews and surveys.
