The research was developed with the objective of increasing the sales volume of the company R&A Computer Technologi SAC, the development of an improvement proposal was proposed to achieve customer satisfaction, the type of research developed is pre-experimental, to carry out the diagnosis is I base myself on capturing the Ishikawa diagram, and these root causes were prioritized through a survey and the results were taken to a Pareto diagram in order to find 80% of the root causes that generate the problem of reducing sales that occurred in based on customer dissatisfaction, where costs were found based on unfinished sales. The causes that generated this situation are the lack of an installation plan, no inventory record, excess stock, no sales record, lack of inventory management, late deliveries, poor customer service, lack of training of the personnel, lack of order and cleanliness, lack of personnel for sales. The results obtained are annual monetary losses of S / 4,060.00 soles and with the improvement proposal where the kardex, 5S, training plan and a route plan are, a new loss of S / 24,400.00 soles was achieved, generating a profit of S / 69,660.00 soles per year, a financial viability analysis is carried out where the economic indicators that yielded were a NPV of S / 23,389.09 soles, an IRR of 86.98% and a Cost Benefit of 1,389, concluding that the improvement proposals meet the objective of increasing sales by reducing unfinished sales.
