Análisis a la gestión administrativa en la empresa Inversiones Santa Rosa S. A. C. – Trujillo 2017

Abstract

La presente tesis tiene por finalidad realizar el ANALISIS A LA GESTIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA EN LA EMPRESA INVERSIONES SANTA ROSA S.A.C. buscando mejorar para competir con éxito dentro del mercado actual en el sector que se encuentran. En ese sentido, la realización del análisis de la gestión administrativa de la empresa es muy importante porque no solo se evidenciaron las debilidades sino también las fortalezas que mantiene y es beneficioso para la empresa, considerando que la empresa tiene una posición interna muy fuerte, en otras palabras, se capitalizan mejor las fortalezas internas y se neutralizan las debilidades. En el primer capitulo se describe la situación actual de la empresa, en la cual se plantea la problemática que viene existiendo internamente dentro de la misma y se establece el objetivo general y específicos, como tambien la justificación y limitaciones. En el segundo capitulo hace referencia al marco terorico que son los antecedentes que aportaran en el presente estudio, como tambien las bases teóricas que son definiciones de la variable en estudio. En el tercer capitulo se detalla el tipo de investigación que se aplica al estudio y será No Experimental – Descriptiva - de corte Transversal, la muestra tomada para la investigación fue de 20 colaboradores y se aplico encuestas. En el cuarto capitulo se describen los resultados de las encuestas realizadas constatándose que la gestión que la empresa viene aplicando es muy deficiente los resultados obtenidos en las encuestas opinan que esta en un nivel Medio Bajo (promedio = 56.6). En el capitulo quinto se desarrolla la discusión de la investigación, realizando comparaciones con otros antecedentes y constatando la positividad o negatividad de lo aplicado en el estudio. Y finalmente se redactan las conclusiones que se determinaron en base al análisis realizado a la empresa y recomendaciones en base a los objetivos tanto general como específicos del presente estudio.

The purpose of this thesis is to perform the ANALYSIS OF ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT IN THE INVESTMENT COMPANY SANTA ROSA S.A.C. looking to improve to compete successfully within the current market in the sector they are located. In this sense, the analysis of the administrative management of the company is very important because not only the weaknesses were evidenced but also the strengths that it maintains and is beneficial for the company, considering that the company has a very strong internal position, in other words, internal strengths are better capitalized and weaknesses are neutralized. In the first chapter, the current situation of the company is described, in which the problem that exists internally within it is stated and the general and specific objective is established, as well as the justification and limitations. In the second chapter refers to the theoretical framework that are the background that will contribute in the present study, as well as the theoretical bases that are definitions of the variable under study. In the third chapter the type of research applied to the study is detailed and it will be Non-Experimental - Descriptive - of cross-section, the sample taken for the research was 20 collaborators and surveys were applied. The fourth chapter describes the results of the surveys carried out, confirming that the management that the company is applying is very poor. The results obtained in the surveys indicate that it is at a Low Medium level (average = 56.6). In the fifth chapter the discussion of the research is developed, making comparisons with other antecedents and confirming the positivity or negativity of the applied in the study. Finally, the conclusions that were determined based on the analysis made to the company and recommendations based on the general and specific objectives of the present study are drawn up.
