ABSTRACT In the livestock sector there is approximately a total of 5'589,173 cattle animals, these being 86% of Creole cattle in Peru. This livestock has not been fully developed due to the scarcity of pastures and forages that exist for them in the environment in which they live. This generates that the production of both meat and milk is very low reaching very poor indicators, before this measure the project seeks to develop a production line of industrialized balanced foods before the exposed problem. In this way, it was planned to design and propose the implementation of a Pancamel production line and nutritional blocks to increase the production of milk and meat of Creole cattle in the province of Cajamarca - District of La Encañada. To achieve this, the following tools are needed: chopped / silage, mixer, scales, presser, aluminum molds, cooking machine, scaffolding, buckets, bagging, sacks; as well as the ingredients of corn panca, salts, minerals, sugarcane weeds, wheat traces, barley, oats, alfalfa, etc. In addition to techniques such as intensive fattening for Creole cattle. By the end of the project is very important for the livestock field, also emphasizes the interest in Creole animals especially in dairy cows as these are sources of economic sustenance for families who are dedicated to raising them in rural areas of the department of Cajamarca and also recommends that the future strategy should be based on highlighting those differentiating elements of the product to be produced that produces better results for dairy and meat production, in reducing the costs of crops and handling the raw material, maintaining and improving the product and the profitability of the project's general, as well as motivating the bull dealers who install feeder pens in the area for the benefit of their businesses.
