ABSTRACT In the present thesis, there were identified the lineaments of the exporting culture as the exportable offer and the diversification of new markets in order to improve the exporting culture in the Association Craft Pañon Tacabambino, Chota province – Cajamarca focused on the exportation of handmade textile textiles to the market of New York – USA, 2018. For it a situational diagnosis was realized across the application of surveys and interviews. As results of the application of the survey we obtained that the artisans are not provided with sufficient economic to produce products in high volumes, it's for it for that at present they produce products only to attend on the local and national market, some also point out that they have no access to financing because the financial companies have distrust that they can't fulfill the payment of the loan granted, despite it, they are ready to request a bank loan, and this way to be able to acquire major quantity of raw material to make more products and to attend on the international demand. To have an exportable offer it is necessary to be provided with a good both economic and financial capacity, aspects that can be improved according to the disposition of the artisans. The economic - financial study includes contemplates the investment plan, analysis of operating expenses and assessment of the feasibility of the project through financial statements, such as the Balance Sheet, cash flow, etc. Finally, the economic and financial viability of the project is demonstrated through the results showing profitability ratios, and our Net Present Value (NPV) of S /. 20, 434.61 and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 97%.
