Propuesta de un sistema integrado de producción y mantenimiento para reducir los costos de la empresa Vicarela S.A.C. - Trujillo

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo general el desarrollo de una propuesta de mejora de un sistema integrado de producción y mantenimiento para reducir los costos de la empresa VICAREALA S.A.C. –Trujillo. La investigación se inició con un diagnóstico de la situación actual del área de Producción, a través de indicadores, determinándose los costos innecesarios que se incurren por la inadecuada técnica de Planificación de la Producción, así como por la falta de un Programa de Mantenimiento. Habiendo identificado las oportunidades de mejora, se emplearon distintas herramientas, metodologías pertenecientes a la Ingeniería Industrial, tales como Perfil de Puesto, Análisis de desempeño, Plan de capacitación, Estudio de tiempos, VSM, MRP, 5S´s, TPM y Plan de mantenimiento preventivo. Luego de aplicar las diferentes herramientas y metodologías, se evaluó la propuesta, recalculando los indicadores diseñados inicialmente, para tener una medición objetiva sobre el beneficio percibido. Finalmente, el análisis financiero que incluye los costos asociado a la investigación y a la implementación de la propuesta (S/. 65 287.6), concluye que el proyecto y la implementación son rentables al generar un VAN de S/.34.398.14 y un TIR anual de 25.51%.

ABSTRACT The present work had as general objective the development of a proposal of improvement of an integrated system of production and maintenance to reduce the costs of the company VICAREALA S.A.C. -Trujillo. The investigation begins with a diagnosis of the current situation of the production area, through indicators, determining the unnecessary costs incurred by the inadequate technique of Production Planning, as well as the lack of a Maintenance Program. Having identified the opportunities for improvement, different tools, methodologies pertaining to Industrial Engineering were used, such as Job Profile, Performance Analysis, Training Plan, Time Study, VSM, MRP, 5S's, TPM and Maintenance Plan preventive. After applying the different tools and methodologies, the proposal is evaluated, recalculating the initially designed indicators, to have an objective measurement on the perceived benefit. Finally, the financial analysis that includes the costs associated with the research and the implementation of the proposal (S /. 80 112.00), concludes that the project and the implementation are profitable by generating a NPV of S / 34.398.14 and an annual IRR Of 25.51%.
