Burnout y clima laboral en una empresa industrial de Lima Centro 2020

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre Burnout y Clima laboral en los empleados de una Empresa Industrial de Lima Centro. Se evaluó a 99 empleados de las edades entre 22 y 48 años, varones (50) y mujeres (49) (Media = 35, DE = 7.08). Se utilizó muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, diseño no experimental de corte transversal y alcance correlacional. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron la Escala de Burnout de Maslach (1981) y la Escala de Clima Laboral (Palma, 1999). Los resultados evidencian relación directa y moderada entre Burnout y Clima laboral (rho = .49), además no se encontraron diferencias relevantes en cuanto a Burnout y Clima laboral de acuerdo con el sexo. Se concluye que el Burnout tiene relación con el Clima laboral. Las limitaciones encontradas fueron la crisis sanitaria y la poca cantidad muestral. Se recomienda realizar de manera presencial el estudio y con mayor muestra.

The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between Burnout and Organizational Climate in the employees of an Industrial Company in Lima Center. 99 employees between the ages of 22 and 48, men (50) and women (49) were evaluated (Mean = 35, SD = 7.08). Non-probabilistic convenience sampling, non-experimental cross-sectional design, and correlational scope were used. The instruments used were the Maslach Burnout Scale (1981) and the Work Environment Scale (Palma, 1999). The results show a direct and moderate relationship between Burnout and Organizational Climate (rho = .49), in addition, no relevant differences were found in terms of Burnout and Organizational Climate according to gender. It is concluded that Burnout is related to Organizational Climate. The limitations found were the health crisis and the small sample size. It is recommended to carry out the study in person and with a larger sample.
