The objective of this research is to determine the level of management of the teleworking modality in the collaborators of the mortgage credit area of a bank in Peru based in San Isidro in the year 2021. In relation to the methodology, a descriptive research is developed, a quantitative design with a sample of 25 collaborators selected for our object of study, the data collection technique applied for our research is the questionnaire because it will allow us, through the instrument of surveys, obtaining results that contribute to the objective of the study indicated, being these specific from its formulation, the analysis of the instrument was carried out using Cronbach's Alpha with a pilot test of 12 participants where 0.874 was obtained, the test of Staninos to assign levels to the results obtained through the mean and standard deviation for each dimension and the variable. Regarding the results, the level of management of the teleworking modality was determined against productivity, self-management, demands and the use of information technologies, finding the management of this modality at a high level for the collaborators of the area of mortgage loans, so the general objective is met.
