ABSTRACT The general objective of this thesis is to determine the relationship between the process of Personal Integration and Labor Performance of a public entity in the area of Human Resources Management, Cajamarca 2017. The investigation has been carried out in a public entity of Cajamarca, area of Human Resources Management, 2017. The types of investigation of this present work are of correlational type. The validity and reliability of the instrument were carried out; according to Cronbach's Alpha coefficient and the results obtained were 0, 936, therefore, they are reliable and consistent. The hypothesis testing strategy is: The chi-square, likewise the population: the research object consisted of 20 collaborators, Research technique used: Likert Survey, Data collection instrument: Census sheet, processing and analysis of data was performed using SPSS. With respect to the hypothesis, according to the analysis of results, it is observed that the Pearson is r=0.88, which indicates that the hypothesis is acceptable, which stipulates a direct relationship between the Personal Integration process and Labor Performance in a public entity.
