Estrategias de relación con el entorno natural en el diseño de un albergue ecoturístico, en Wilcacocha – Huaraz, 2020

Abstract

El presente estudio plantea el diseño arquitectónico de un Albergue Ecoturístico para lograr la integración con el entorno en Wilcacocha, Huaraz, para lo cual se pretende aplicar estrategias de relación, teniendo como objetivo el equilibrio entre la sostenibilidad económica y la sostenibilidad ambiental de la zona. Buscando como fines últimos la conservación y protección de un área natural de alto potencial ecológico, turística y paisajístico, la difusión de la cultura y del patrimonio natural, mejorando así la calidad de vida de la población receptora y contribuyendo al crecimiento del rubro turístico. La indagación sobre lo anterior mencionado determinó que la aplicación de estrategias de sostenibilidad, integración, entre otros, tiene relación directa con los objetivos planteados. Esta investigación se desarrolla a lo largo de cinco capítulos resolviéndose de manera descriptiva, desarrollando un marco teórico que engloba entre otras cosas la identificación de la variable señalada y la caracterización del área de intervención, para que dichos conocimientos sean aplicados en el diseño del Albergue Ecoturístico además de describir finalmente el impacto que una infraestructura de este tipo pueda tener.

This study presents the architectural design of an Ecotourism Lodge to achieve integration with the environment in Wilcacocha, Huaraz, for which it is intended to apply the principles of landscape architecture, having as objective the balance between economic sustainability and environmental sustainability of area. Looking for ultimate purposes the conservation and protection of a natural area of high ecological, tourist and landscape potential, the dissemination of culture and natural heritage, thus improving the quality of life of the host population and contributing to the growth of tourism. The inquiry into the aforementioned mentioned that the application of the criteria of sustainability, integration, among others, is directly related to the objectives set. This research is developed along five chapters, resolving in a descriptive way, developing a theoretical framework that includes, among other things, the identification of the indicated variable and the characterization of the intervention area, so that said knowledge can be applied in the design of the Ecotourism Lodge in addition to finally describing the impact that an infrastructure of this type may have.
