ABSTRACT Objective: to improve the processes and the planning of resources with which it operates the regular registration process of the Office of Military registration 007-A through a simulation model in line with the modern techniques of engineering. Materials and Methods: type of research applied, level of descriptive research, I Design in succession or in line called Pre-Test, Post-Test, with only one group Results: Checked that .The proposed model will reduce the times of attention in the process of registration in 3.70 % (before 9.41 min - now 5.71 minutes on average) with a confidence level of 95 %, which is aligned with the objectives of the business and is an alternative solution to existing problems in the organization; with this new model is improved the productivity of the registration process in a 86% (before 114 citizens served - now 200 citizens attended), within the normal working hours. Conclusion: With this new redesign of jobs and processes are completed with the relocation staff of an office to the call before critical section. There was extended the coverage of the Logistic System (PRM) Planning of Request of Materials that only was including the Section Mobilization now covers the needs for the section inscriptions, to improve the resources distribution in this Section. With all these changes realized in the field of inscriptions its efficiency was improved in a significant way; The characteristics of the UML it has turned out to be profitable for the development of the application taking as base the diverse steps of the system Simulation model. The distribution Weibull is used by its big flexibility, on having been able to fit to a big variety of functions of reliability of devices or systems.
