The evaluation and measurement of the quality of care in relation to administrative processes, perceived by users in public health institutions, are important tools since they allow obtaining relevant information to identify whether the continuous improvement process is fulfilling its objective. The objective of this research was to relate the continuous improvement of administrative processes and satisfaction in the care of users of a Hospital in the Pueblo Libre district. The type of study used was non-experimental, with a cross-sectional, correlational design. The research was carried out in the Department of Psychology of a Hospital, considering a population of 597 users between men and women, 30 to 50 years old who reside in the Pueblo Libre district, attended in said Department during the month of February 2019; Likewise, data collection was carried out in the Excel computer application, which were processed using tables, graphs, means and descriptive analysis. The results of this research determine that if there is a positive relationship between the variables investigated, since a correlation coefficient of 0.964 has been obtained, which is why it is concluded that the greater the continuous improvement in the administrative processes, the greater the satisfaction in the users of a hospital.
