The objective of this research was to identify the relationship between resilience and psychological well-being in psychology students in the last cycles of a private university in Lima Norte, 2020. The study approach was quantitative, non-experimental design, cross-sectional and with a correlational level; the sample consisted of 184 psychology students in the 8th, 9th and 10th cycles; this was determined by non-probabilistic snowball sampling. For data collection, the psychological well-being scale for adults (BIEPS-A), validated by Domínguez in 2014 in the Lima context, and the Wagnild and Young resilience scale, adapted in Peru by Novella in 2002, were used. The results identified a direct correlation with a moderate level, given that the Spearman rho correlation coefficient was 0.578 with a p-value below the level of significance (p=0.000<0.05). Finally, it is concluded that as long as students have an adequate level of resilience, their level of psychological well-being will be higher.
