In an investigation entitled: “Inventory control and its relationship with the profitability of fresh grape exports, from Jayanca Fruits SAC, located in Lambayeque to the American market, Trujillo 2019“, is planted as a research problem below: “ Is there a relationship between inventory control and the profitability of fresh grape exports, from Jayanca Fruits SAC, located in Lambayeque, to the American market, Trujillo 2019? “, For which the main objective was:“ To determine if there is a relationship between inventory control and profitability of fresh grape exports, from Jayanca Fruits SAC, located in Lambayeque in the US market, Trujillo 2019 “, has been Used as a survey tool for the variable “inventory control“, and for the variable “Profitability“, the financial situation of the company was analyzed through profitability ratios. In chapter I, the problematic reality of the company presented for our research is explained, also including background and theoretical bases. The problem is formulated, going on to establish the general objective, the specific objectives and hypothesis statement. In chapter II, we develop the outline of the methodology; our study presents a quantitative approach, descriptive-correlational scope and non-experimental-cross-correlational design. Sample and research population are determined, as well as the technique (survey), data collection instruments (questionnaire, RU of the company) and data processing and analysis techniques. These data were represented through tables and graphs, which were worked on in Excel. As well as the Spearman correlation test was also used for our hypothesis In chapter III, the responses received from the applied questionnaire and the analysis of the firm's RU are presented. Also the tabulation, graphs and interpretations of both variables. Through the ROE, ROA, Operating Margin and Net Margin ratios, the “profitability” variable was examined, using the RU of the agro-export company Jayanca Fruits SAC for the period 2017-2018. Finally, in chapter IV, the discussion and conclusions are disclosed, which are supported by theoretical bases and antecedents presented in the research. The Spearman correlation coefficient was used to test hypotheses, this is evidenced in Annex N ° 6, which shows that the Spearman correlation coefficient during the 2017 period was 0.0667 and for the 2018 period it was 0.612, both results, they are close to 1, showing the relationship between variables. Recommendations, bibliographic references and Annexes are also shown, in the latter the operationalization of variables, consistency matrix, used instruments and others that were generated during the development of the project are attached.
