Abstract: La presente investigación, estudia la relación del clima laboral y la satisfacción laboral de los colaboradores de una empresa privada de Lima, Perú. Se planteó como objetivo principal: determinar la relación del clima laboral y satisfacción laboral en colaboradores de una empresa privada de Lima. En el aspecto metodológico el estudio comprende un diseño no experimental, con un tipo de investigación descriptivo – correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 61 colaboradores entre operarios y administrativos, de ambos géneros. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron la Escala de Clima laboral CL – SPC y la Escala de Satisfacción Laboral SL – SPC, que tienen como autora a la Mg. Sonia Palma Carrillo, ambos instrumentos fueron adaptados y validados para la población del presente estudio. El análisis de resultados reportó correlación estadísticamente significativa y directa entre clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral (p<0,01), con un coeficiente de correlación rho=,545** que indica un nivel significativo en dicha relación. Se concluye que cuanto más óptimo sea el clima laboral, mayor será la satisfacción en los trabajadores de una empresa privada. Se recomienda realizar mayores estudios sobre la implicancia de estos hallazgos en otros grupos ocupacionales y considerar incidir en las variables Clima laboral y Satisfacción laboral por su alta significancia en los resultados del presente estudio.
This research studies the relationship between job climate and job satisfaction in the employees of a private company - Lima, Peru. The methodology of the study includes a non-experimental design, with a descriptive - correlational approach. The methodology was conformed by 61 workers and administrative staff, of both genders. The instruments used were the Work Climate Scale CL - SPC and the Work Satisfaction Scale SL - SPC, whose authors are Sonia Palma Carrillo, both instruments were adapted and validated for this study. The analysis of the results reported a statistically significant and direct correlation between organizational climate and labor satisfaction (p<0.01), with a correlation coefficient rho equal to 0.545** that indicates a significant level in this relationship. Therefore, we can conclude that the more greater is the level of work climate as perceived by the workers, there will be a greater job satisfaction. It is recommended that further studies be conducted on the implications of these findings of the present study. It is also recommended to consider further studies with a larger sample in order to maximize the generalization of the findings.
